• Please note that due to the nature of fiber, all of our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance.
• Most of our products are in natural colors and are made from all natural materials. These natural colors cannot be duplicated exactly every time, but will be within one shade of the color palette example.
• Every single piece is unique, because of all of our products are 100% handmade and natural colors hair, so every single product has its own personality.
• For large orders or Not Available stocks, we may apply production lead time of 35-40 days.
• For large orders or Not Available stocks, we may use just available raw material colors, because of we only use naturally dead animals. We do not kill baby animals !

          CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• In case of liquid spills we recommend dry the product as much as possible, then lightly dusting the article with talcum powder, rubbing it into the fiber, finally  brush it with pets brush and shake it. You can also carefully vacuum the product.
• In case of stubborn or dirty stains you may use a mild detergent and water (on the specific dirty zone), then dry with a hair dryer on low or no heat and finally brush and shake it.
• Do not expose to fire.
• Do not expose to sun for excessive amount of time.
• Do not immerse in liquids.
