We try to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as different devices display different colors, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs shown.
Please note that due to the nature of fiber, all of our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. These natural blemishes, color tone, and shedding are not acceptable reasons for return. Most of our products are in natural colors and are made from all natural materials. These natural colors cannot be duplicated exactly every time, but will be within one shade of the color palette example. Returns are limited to defective merchandise or an error made on our part. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any import taxes / VAT / charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments. All prices in our online store are in US dollars.
Return and refund
We allow refunds or exchanges in the unlikely event that you receive your products in broken condition, or wrong color. Please complete the return procedure indicating exactly what the fault is, also attach an image of the same day the product was received in an email.
We will not be responsible or refund or exchange the goods if the package is damaged by your national postal service. Please also let us know if you want a refund or replacement and we will contact you, if you wish, you can return it (we will not provide return shipping fees) and we will send the product you request by regular airmail. DON’T FORGET to send it to us unused and in the original packaging within 3 days. No refunds will be available after the 3-day period has expired (since you received your order).
Refunds will not be available if returned products have been intentionally and additionally damaged or altered in any way prior to reaching our offices.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process once the item is received.
IMPORTANT: There are no refunds or returns on custom orders.
