1. SHIPPING METHODS

The dispatch and / or delivery of the products may be carried out through the modalities indicated in this section, according to availability shown in the product file.

  1. HOME DELIVERY
Under this mode of dispatch delivery is free of charge, made to an address that the customer enters at the time of purchase, by priority mail service. It is the customer's responsibility to enter correct and complete data in their purchase, so that delivery can be made in a timely manner at the address and scheduled date. In the event of an error in the address entered by the customer, Ultra Premium will not be responsible for the charges for the return or non-withdrawal of the product (s) at its local post office, nor for import taxes in the country of destination of the product (s).
·       Priority mail service under normal conditions: 3-4 weeks.
·       For large orders or Not Available stocks, we may apply production lead time between 7 and 40 days, because of the available raw material colors by requested product.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification that should include your order tracking number. Additionally, a post will appear in your order history including your order information and the tracking number. You can track it by your local post office website or through Peruvian mail service website: http://www.serpost.com.pe/ 

If you want to receive your order faster, we can ship it using the Express Mail Service (EMS), FED-EX or DHL service, but it will cause additional charges to your order.

After acceptance of the dispatch, Ultra Premium is not responsible for physical damage to the product due to its misuse, nor also by delivery or return costs in case of customer’s changing mind.

  •  AIRPORT-AIRPORT CLEARANCE (only for wholesale purchase)

Under this modality we can manage prices and special conditions for orders of large volumes. We are able to meet wholesale requirements (high volume of units per model), as well as provide the best prices, since we are manufacturers.

All our prices will be expressed in FOB values ​​in US dollars.

Transportation and insurance will be borne by customers.

  • Transport:

According to customer’s requirement.

• Air freight for light goods (suggested, due to the sales turnover time).

• It is recommended by sea with less freight cost (very large quantities).

• Mail or Courier for samples or urgent deliveries.

  • Minimum order:

Minimum order of $ 3,000, plus freight and $ 30 administrative expenses.

Orders under $ 3000 are accepted for frequent customers.

  • Production times and delivery conditions:

Depending on the availability of raw material and requested volume, this can vary between 15 and 35 days.
